Hi, I'm Sasha. I'm a young Darwin local and I build websites for small businesses around the Top End. I do the chat, the build and the follow-up, so you deal with the same person every time.
Under the hood, every site runs on a fast, secure setup with no plugins to update and nothing to hack. That's how we can keep it this affordable without cutting corners.
And yes, I'll actually answer your emails.

Do I need to know anything technical?
Nope. You send us your words and photos, we do the rest. There are no logins and no passwords to forget.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your work, a list of your services, your contact details and a few sentences about your business. We'll send you a simple checklist so nothing gets missed.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live within two weeks of us receiving your content. The biggest hold-up is usually waiting on photos, so start snapping.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Just email us what you want changed. One small update (up to 30 minutes of changes, sent together) is included each year. Anything beyond that is on the extras menu at a fixed price.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain name and everything you give us: your words, photos and logo. If you ever leave, we'll help you transfer your domain and hand over your website files. No exit fees.
Is there a lock-in contract?
The $240 is paid a year in advance, and that's it. If you don't renew, we'll help you move your domain and give you your files.
What if something breaks?
We monitor your site and fix technical problems as part of your plan. We offer reasonable support during business hours and usually reply within one or two business days. We're not a 24/7 emergency line.
Can I get an email address like me@mybusiness.com.au?
Mailboxes aren't included, but we can recommend a provider and help connect it to your domain at our hourly rate.
Will I be number one on Google?
Nope, and anyone who promises that is having you on. We set up the basics properly, and a Google Business Profile is the single best thing you can do for local searches.
Do you charge GST?
No. We're not registered for GST, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
